Situated on Lake Greenwood, this spacious 1,700 sq. ft. home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and plenty of thoughtfully designed spaces to relax and recharge. With beautiful lakefront views, modern comforts, and a multitude of gathering spots. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Downstairs King Suite – Features a plush king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private ensuite with a large glass-door tile shower. Upstairs King Suite – A second bedroom with a king-size bed, sitting area, and walk-in closet. Third Bedroom – Spacious and versatile, with 2 queen-size beds and walk-in closet. All bedrooms include blackout curtains, a box fan, luggage racks, and charging hubs. Living Spaces Main Living Room – Relax in front of the 75” TV or enjoy lake views through the large windows. Upstairs Loft – A second hangout space with a 55” TV, perfect for games, movies, or lounging. Outdoor Patio – Fully furnished with comfortable seating and a fire table for cozy evenings by the water. Kitchen & Dining A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel cookware, Martha Stewart bakeware, oil, and spices. Coffee Bar – Brew your perfect cup with options including French press, moka pot, espresso machine, drip coffee, and Keurig. A variety of syrups, teas, and decaf are also provided. Extras & Amenities Dedicated workspace downstairs with charging hub. Additional charging hubs in every bedroom and the living room. Lake towels provided for your days on the water. TVs: 75” in the living room, 55” in the downstairs king suite, and 55” in the loft. Keyless entry plus a back-up lockbox for peace of mind.

• Guests will have full, private access to the entire home: all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, loft, and the back patio with fire table. • The property features keyless entry for easy self check-in, with a back-up lockbox and hard keys available on site in case of any keypad issue. • Free parking is available in the driveway, and additional boat parking is available in the large lot at the front of the property, which is well lit at night for convenience and safety. Notes on storage: • The pantry in the kitchen is a locked supply closet reserved for host use, but there is plenty of open cabinet space for your groceries. • There is also a locked attic door that contains dry storage for cleaning staff. Lake & outdoor access: • Boat launch on-site with public slips available for guest use. Boats can also be dry parked in the front lot if preferred. • Fishing welcome on the public dock and along the cove shoreline. • Guests can swim or float in the cove — the shallow, clear water is safe and set apart from boat traffic. • As an end unit, the home includes a walkway around to the back porch where you may store kayaks, bikes, or fishing gear. • Guests are welcome to use the covered shelter with picnic tables — perfect for outdoor meals or shade by the lake. Community & safety: • For security, a Ring camera is installed on the exterior. • The property is part of a safe, welcoming lakeside community, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.
Other details
While you can walk off the patio to go to the fence to get closer to the waters edge, there is a slope that small children can fall down so please be mindful of that. There are 2 reserved parking spots in front of the unit. otherwise please park in the general parking areas. There is a flight of stairs in the unit.

Enjoyed our quiet stay at Palmetto Cove. The place was very clean, well set up, and matched the photos. The view of the lake is hard to beat, and it was nice having the restaurant on site, super convenient and the food was good - great veggies! Water pressure was also surprisingly great, which we always appreciate when traveling. Overall, an easy, comfortable stay with great beds and we’d definitely come back.

Top notch experience! We have a daughter attending Lander so we visit a couple times a year. We have stayed in several spots around town and this will be our new landing spot. Having the restaurant and general store on site was so convenient for us. The house was so accommodating and we felt right at home.

Stayed during unexpected home repairs. We felt so welcome and right at home. We had everything we needed and even a few things we forgot to bring were here! We finally tried the Break On The Lake smash burger and will be back for that. The lake is at low pool this time of year but we enjoyed watching all the wildlife in the cove and walking around the beautiful property. We will be back for a staycation soon! Thanks again Chris

Amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and the host communicated quickly and clearly, we felt very well taken care of. We loved waking up to peaceful lake views, enjoying the fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, and relaxing in the super comfortable beds with luxurious linens. We stayed at this beautiful home on Lake Greenwood, and it was exactly what my family and I needed during a very emotional time while preparing for my father’s memorial service. The space was peaceful, extremely clean, and had everything we needed and more. The view of the lake from the backyard was stunning — we even got to see a blue heron and turtles, which brought us a quiet sense of comfort and connection with nature. The home is spacious, comfortable, and truly felt like a sanctuary. I’m grateful we found this place when we did. Highly recommend.

Chris was a perfect host and the townhouse was absolutely amazing. Had everything you could ever want, and decor was on point. We had a minor issue upon arrival with a toilet and Chris worked with us the entire time to rectify. We could not have asked for a better weekend get-away as we visited and watched our daughter play volleyball with Lander University. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed are stay and will be booking again. I wish we could have stayed a couple more days to try more food from the restaurant there. My girlfriend said its the best night of sleep she has had in a while and the coffee options were awesome. Thanks, we will be back!
